• Submitting an order or quotation request does not guarantee acceptance. Hadikhan Traders reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its discretion (e.g., due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
• Order confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

• Payment must be made through the methods available on the Site.
• All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. Hadikhan Traders does not store your full payment card details.

• Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise stated.
• Hadikhan Traders is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events outside its reasonable control.

• Because products are sold on a wholesale/bulk order basis, returns and refunds are handled case by case based on the agreement made at the time of order or quotation.
• Buyers should inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 7 days of receipt.
• Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the return is processed.
